The 'Eliminator' features 1.5mm thick 'Elephant' vinyl, 50% thicker than any other competitors product combined with a 4mm foam laminated bi-elastic centre gripper panel to smooth out discrepancies in used foams. All patiently pieced together with HD poly cotton thread by UK employed Trimmers/Upholsterers.

These are a development of Zip-Racing heritage, there is a 40mm Scollop to assist with lower centre of gravity to assist corner speed, it's simple physics that the lower you are to the ground you technically corner quicker......... ZIP have specially developed Foam Moulds for both the popular Yamaha YFZ450R and SUZUKI LTR450 Models combined with specially developed covers to allow ease of sliding into this low C of G position. Your existing cover can be fitted to one of our HD Foams (remember if you cut an eom Foam the outer skin will degrade during use) If you haven't tried one yet we will loan you one at any UK meeting for you to evaluate ! and make your own mind up !

at dealer rates, a multiple of 10 covers secures this facility and trade price - please call for further details.
We have moulds and manufacture foams for most popular models, harder than oem versions with combinations of std height, high ,humped and lo-boys, available for TRX 450's, Ltr450,s YFZ's YFM's, Banshee's and more, we will repair or modify any existing foam so anything is possible @zip.
